Day 01 BEIJING(CHENGDU) / LHASA
Fly to Lhasa and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to adjust to the altitude of one of the world's highest plateaus. (about 12,000 ft. above sea level).(Meals: Dinner)
Day 02 LHASA
An included excursion features the renovated Potala Palace, you'll be impress by the spectacular architecture. Once was the living quarters of the Dalai Lama, with nearly 10,000 rooms structure towers rises majestically from the face of sacred Putuo Hill. Then, the Norbulingka Palace, which was the Summer Palace of Tibetan Kings. You also get a chance to see the Sera Monastery, where monks asemble each afternoon to discuss and debate the fine points of Buddhism. Afterward, visit a local Tibetan family. Day 03 LHASA
Today's sight seeing begins with the 7th century Jokhang Monastery, one of the holiest shrines in Tibet, where pilgrims come to prostrate themselves before the statue of the Sakyamuni Buddha, lavishly enthroned in silver and gold. Then, continues on to the clifftop Drepung Monastery. In the afternoon, stroll through the Barkhor Market, a maze of streets lined with stalls where all manner of goods are sold. In the evening, you'll be treated to a special Tibetan dinner, and a performance of ethnic song and dance. Meals:(Breakfast,/Lunch & /Dinner)
Day 04 LHASA /GYANSTSE/ SHIGATSEY
our sightseeing today will continous in Gang Ba La Mt., 4990 meters high above the sea level, to visit the third largest Holy Lake in Tibet - Lake Yangzuoyong. Then coach to Gyanstse to visit Palkhor Monastery, also name Palcho Monastery is very different with other monasteries. It lies about 230 kilometers (143 miles) south of Lhasa and 100 (62 miles) east ofShigatse, at the foot of the Dzong Hill. As a typical fifteenth Tibetan monastery, its structural style is very unique. Shigatse. Stay over night in Shigatse (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day 05 SHIGATSE / LHASA
Morning visit to Tashi Ihunpo Monastery, former living quarters of the Banchan Lama. After lunch, you will back Lhasa along the Yaluzangbu River Gorge to enjoy its wonderful sights.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinne
Day 06 LHASA / BEIJING(CHENGDU )
After breakfast, fly back to Chengdu and enjoy a half-day tour to Leshan featuring the Grand Buddha, a 71 metres high, carved into a cliff face in 713 AD. It's also known as the wrold largest Buddha statue. You also get a chance to see the Thousand-Buddha Cliffs with its 2,400 Buddhas dot the cliffs, dating back as far as Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 AD). (Meals:Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner)

Day 01 Beijing (Chengdu) / LHASA / TSEDANG
Arrive in Lhasa airport, greet and transfer to Tsedang (110km), the
birthplace of earliest Tibetans with a moderate climate at an altitude of
3,600 meters. Upon arrival, the rest of the day is free to adjust to the altitude of one of the world's highest plateaus. (Meals: Dinner)
Day 02 TSEDANG
Tour to Trandruk Monastery in the morning. It lies five kilometers (three
miles) south of Tsedang, was built approximately under the reign of
Songtsen Gampo, and famous throughout Tibet since it was the first
Buddhist chapel ever built in Tibet. Yumbu Lakang, reputed as the first
palace in Tibet history, is also one of the earliest building in Tibet. Lying 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) southwest of Tsedang, it perches on a small hill top east of Yarlong River. (Meals: Breakfast,Lunch&Dinner)
Day 03 TSEDANG / LHASA
In the morning, you'll be taken on coach back Lhasa. On the way to Lhasa, you will have a change to visit Samye Monastery, which was completed in 779 under the parton of Trisong Detsen, and combined styles of Chinese, Tibetan and India. (190km). (Meals: Breakfast,Lunch&Dinner)
Day 04 LHASA

Day 04 LHASA / YANGBAJING / DANGXIONG
After breakfast, you will have a chance to visit Yangbajing Hot Springs famous as its geothermal vapor, located in the grassland of northern Tibet and nestling among the hills with an expanse of white snow. Then coach to Dangxiong. (Meals: Breakfast,Lunch&Dinner)
Day 05 DANGXIONG
Namt so LakeTour to Namtso Lake, one of the four holiest lakes and the seat of Paramasukha Chakrasamvara by Buddhist pilgrims, which is the highest saltwater lake in the world and the second largest saltwater lake in China. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch&Dinner)
Day 06 NAMTSO LAKE / LHASA
After enjoying the holy lake, you'll be taken a coach back Lhasa.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch&Dinner)
Day 07 LHASA / YAMDROK YUMTSO LAKE / GYANGTSE / SHIGATSE
Tour to Yamdrok Yumtso Lake in the morning, it is another holy lake and also a pilgrimage site in Tibet. After that, coach to Gyangtse to visit Palkhor Monastery, the only monastery that houses monks from different orders in harmony. As a result, its structural style, deities enshrined and murals are very special. Then continuous tour to Shigatse. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch&/Dinner)
Day 08 SHIGATSE / TINGGRI
Morning to Sakya Monastery. Sakya, meaning "Grey Soil" in Tibetan since the soil around is grey, is the center monastery of Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism, it is a place that visitors cannot miss. Then, afternoon coach to Tinggri.(¨Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day 09 TINGGRI / RONGBUK
Monastery Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery on the earth and its altitude is 5,100 meters (16728 feet). The monastery was founded in 1899, as a Nyingmapa monastery since it was said that once Padmasambhava, founder of Nyingmapa, proceeded his religious cultivation here. (eals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day 10 RONGBUK MONASTERY / MT. EVEREST / TINGGRI
Mt. Everest, also known as Mt. Qomolangma, meaning Goddess Third in Tibetan, is the highest peak in the world. The 8848 meters (29028 feet) high peak, snow capped throughout the year, lies at the border between China and Nepal. The peak has been a holy climbing attraction for world's mountaineers.
